| The
Bay Atlantic Guest House is a unique
beachside villa with grande pool
and gardens. Situated 150 metres from the white sands of Camps
Bay Beach, with breathtaking views of
the ocean and mountain from every balcony. Beds swafted
in soft white linen, guests can enjoy stylish comforts in the
privacy of their own suites.
Originally built by Bernie Smith in 1973, the house served
as a private family home until the Nineties, when the house
was transformed into The Bay Atlantic Guest House in 1996.

The Bay Atlantic Family consists of David, Jennifer, David,
Bernie, Marion, Lulekwa, Zelpha and Vincent, who all pride
themselves on efficient, friendly and
personal service and will be of help no matter how big or
small the need may be.
The luxury guesthouse is situated in the
secure Camps Bay neighbourhood, which is patrolled by both
local police and several private security companies, ensuring safe
evening walks to and from surrounding restaurants and attractions
(5 minutes away.)

All our rooms are private and secure.
They are all fitted with electronic wall safes and they all
have
air-conditioning. |

Penthouse Suite
One of the many features that makes the Penthouse Suite
so special is its privacy. The
only accomodation on the third floor, it enjoys
360 ° views of the whole of Camps Bay and beyond.
The bedroom and lounge both lead directly onto the
balcony through large sliding doors. Pine flooring and
exposed rafters add to the "beachy" feel of the guest
house. Queen bed, Jacuzzi bath and shower, TV with Mnet,
telephone, tea & coffee tray, bar fridge, electronic wall
safe, mini hi-fi, heating panels, ceiling fan and air
conditioning. |

Atlantic Room
The Atlantic room is the original master bedroom of the
house and is situated directly above the pool and
overlooks the beach and village. An oval balcony with
table and chairs provides the perfect viewing platform
from which to enjoy a Cape sunset. King bed (or twins),
bath and shower, TV with Mnet, telephone, tea and coffee
tray, bar fridge, wall safe, heating panel. |

Pool Room
Opening out onto the patio is our Pool Room. Spacious
with it's own fireplace and custom-made bed from which you
can watch the ships go by. Queen bed, bath and shower, TV
with Mnet, tea and coffee tray, telephone, bar fridge,
electronic wall safe, heating panels. |

Bay Room
The Bay Room is situated right next to the Atlantic
room on the first floor. The private balcony with table
and chairs overlooks the pool and ocean, offering sweeping
views of Camps Bay and very popular with our regulars.
Queen bed, shower, TV with Mnet, telephone, tea & coffee
tray, bar fridge, electronic wall safe, heating panels.
Garden Room
The Garden Suite is situated on the ground floor of the
house just off the entrance hall. Spaciously set up with
viewing garden only. Twin beds (or King), TV with Mnet,
telephone, tea and coffee tray, bar fridge, heating panel,
electronic wall safe and ceiling fan. |

Mountain Room
Our Mountain Room is fondly nicknamed the "matchbox". Small in
size but big on heart offering almost all standard features and a
glimpse of Lions Head. Twin beds, TV with Mnet, telephone, tea and
coffee tray, electronic wall safe, heating panel.
